ALTER is an alternative, not an imitation: made for those moments when wine feels right, with an identity of its own. Our cuvées are assembled from unripe grapes, fruit and herbs and built in layers — primary, secondary and tertiary aromas — for tension, length, and balance in the glass.

No alcohol. No fermentation. No dealcoholization.

1) ALTER Cuvée Pétillant — Geranium

Rose geranium, Mediterranean herbs, French oak.
An elegant, aromatic cuvée with vibrant notes of lychee, citrus peel and herbaceous depth — with length carried by French oak.

2) ALTER Cuvée Blanc — Cedro

White peach, cedro lemon, verbena, candied grapefruit.
Light and linear: fresh citrus from cedro & verbena, soft stone-fruit roundness from white peach, with elegant bitters and a clean, refreshing finish.

3) ALTER Cuvée Rouge — Casca

Red grape, cherry, cascara, hints of cocoa and wood.
Complex and dry: earthy, tea-like aromas from cascara, supported by red stone fruit, with toasted cocoa, tannic structure, and a long, dry finish.
