No Fermentation, But Distillation
Alongside open-soil cultivation, distillation is our key to vinosity. Through low-temperature vacuum distillation, we preserve the full aromatic spectrum of freshly harvested botanicals.
The result: pure, alcohol-free distillates without acetic acids, residual sugars, or fermentation. This way, we capture the essence of wine aromas — clean, fresh, and without alcohol.

By growing herbs, flowers, and fruits in open fields, they develop natural tannins and a rich aromatic spectrum — the building blocks of our vinous character.
