This cuvée is unfiltered so small natural sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle.
What is the natural sediment?
This deposit is the result of a natural process that occurs while the liquid rests after bottling. At this stage, we deliberately avoid heavy filtration so we can analyse the flavour profile of each batch release step by step.
Serving tip
Place the bottle upright in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This allows the sediment to settle at the bottom, so you can pour gently without disturbing it.
